14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Law) In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Eligibility for Returns Due to the hygiene nature of health and beauty products, items must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• The protective hygiene seal (where applicable) must be intact.

• Requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened skincare, cosmetics, or hair care products.

• Personal grooming tools (trimmers, toothbrushes, ear cleaners) that have been used.

• Items on clearance.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at +44 7478 034232 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
